BrigadaHub

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what information BrigadaHub collects on brigadahub.com and in the BrigadaHub app, why, and the choices you have. BrigadaHub is a product of Pernovatio LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Canton, Michigan ("we", "us"). The BrigadaHub app is in early access; the sections from "The BrigadaHub app" on explain how the app handles information.

What we collect

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that follow you across websites.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the form data and routes our email. If we use a text-messaging provider in the future, it will receive only what is needed to deliver messages you agreed to. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

We keep Founders Program information until you ask us to delete it, or up to 24 months after the app launches if you don't become a customer. Records of text-message consent may be kept longer where the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor them; contact us at the address above.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages, from BrigadaHub or from a business that uses BrigadaHub, we use your mobile number and your consent record only to send those messages and to honor STOP and HELP requests. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message consent is never shared with anyone except the mobile carriers and the messaging provider that deliver the messages. BrigadaHub is a product of Pernovatio LLC. See our SMS Policy.

The BrigadaHub app

Businesses (contractors) use the BrigadaHub app to run their work. The app holds:

Information about a business's customers is handled for that business, which decides how it is used. If you are a customer of a business that uses BrigadaHub, please contact that business first; we will help it answer your request.

Calls answered by the AI receptionist

When a business turns on the AI receptionist, every caller first hears that they are talking to an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded and transcribed. During the call, Twilio turns speech into text and text into speech, and an AI model from Anthropic (Claude) writes the assistant's replies. We store:

Audio recordings: we do not currently store audio recordings of calls. If that changes, we will update this policy before it starts.

Who can see it: the business's owner and office staff. Crew members can't see calls.

How long we keep it: call transcripts, summaries and details are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The business can delete a call sooner. If the business's account is closed, its calls are deleted with the rest of its data (see below).

AI processing

Some features send information to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to work: the phone receptionist and call summaries; automatic translation of messages, notes and other text between English, Spanish and Portuguese; and reading receipt photos to fill in expenses. Only the information needed for the task is sent. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we don't sell it. Anthropic processes it for us as a service provider under its commercial terms.

Service providers for the app

These companies process information for us so BrigadaHub can work. Each one receives only what it needs for its part:

Closed accounts: when a business cancels or closes its account, we keep its data for 90 days so it can come back or export it. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records.

Deleting your account: you can delete your BrigadaHub account at any time in the app (on the web: Settings → Your profile → Delete my account; on the phone: More → Account → Delete my account), or by writing to hello@brigadahub.com from the account's email address (see How to delete your account). Your login and personal information (your name, email, phone number, notification settings and devices) are deleted right away. What you did for a business, such as jobs, hours, photos, notes and messages, stays with that business as part of its records, without your name ("Former member"). If you are the only owner of a business, you first make someone else an owner, or close the business: its BrigadaHub subscription is canceled right away, with no refund for the rest of the period, the business becomes read-only, and its data is deleted 90 days after closing, like any closed account, except what the law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records.

In-app notifications are deleted after 180 days.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

BrigadaHub is for businesses. Account owners must be 18 or older; team members a business invites may be 16 or 17, with the consent the owner is responsible for. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top. Important changes will be emailed to Founders Program members and to app account owners.
